Iliyana V. Pavlova has studied International and European Law, and in the course of her studies, she has come to hold the belief that transparency, properly disseminated information, and effective communication can prevent most issues from escalating. Thus, she ended up orienting herself to a job position in Customer Success.

In October 2021, she started working with NowCerts, as one of the first members of the Automate365 Team. Her intelligence and fascination with software solutions and process automation pushed her to quickly become one of our Automate365 experts, always happy to lend a helping hand.
